Trans MF Landshut Devils announce roster changes

The Trans MF Landshut Devils are undergoing significant roster changes. British rider Leon Flint has decided to leave the German club after two seasons to pursue opportunities in a higher league, specifically targeting the Metalkas 2 Ekstraliga in Poland.

Flint, who served as the team's U24 leader, recorded 153 points in 79 heats last season with an average of 2.051. Club director Klaus Zwerschina expressed respect for Flint's career decision and noted that the club is already working to secure a high-profile replacement.

In contrast, the club has secured the future of world champion Erik Riss. Despite facing recent health challenges that delayed his racing, the 29-year-old has extended his contract with Landshut. Riss cited the club's support during his recovery as a primary reason for his decision to stay.
