Trans Obra implements 12-week training for franchisees

Trans Obra, a construction equipment rental franchise, has structured an operational training program for its franchisees lasting up to 12 weeks. The program combines in-person training at a pilot unit with remote sessions focused on leadership and technical teams.

In addition to operational training, the franchise provides continuous investment in paid traffic to generate qualified leads. The onboarding process includes local market diagnosis, product mix planning, back-office implementation, and training in compliance and contract management. According to José Antônio Valente, director of Trans Obra Franchises, the duration of the program reflects the operational complexity of the equipment rental sector.

This increased support comes amid rising caution in the industrial sector. The Industrial Entrepreneur Confidence Index (ICEI), published by the National Confederation of Industry (CNI), showed a 1.4-point decline in September 2026, falling from 46.3 to 44.9 points. This marks the 21st consecutive month that the index has remained below the 50-point threshold.
