Trans Obra launches equipment franchise, investment from R$420k

Trans Obra, a Brazilian company with more than 25 years in construction equipment rental, is offering a franchise to operate rental units for the civil construction sector. The franchise is available in two formats: the Start model, which requires an initial investment of R$420,000, and the Plus model, which requires R$580,000. Both models include training, field consulting and marketing support.

The network already comprises over 52 units spread across 26 states of Brazil. Director José Antônio Valente said the franchise provides a defined structure for entrepreneurs in a market where a recent industry survey highlighted high interest rates as the main obstacle for 36.2% of respondents in the second quarter of 2026, and noted that the credit‑access index rose only modestly to 39.3 points, still below the 50‑point threshold for favorable conditions.
