Trans Obra launches new franchise models for construction equipment rental

Trans Obra, an equipment rental franchise for the construction sector, has introduced two new entry models for entrepreneurs: Start, requiring an initial investment from R$ 420,000, and Plus, starting from R$ 580,000. The company currently operates over 52 units across 26 Brazilian states and offers full support and access to its proprietary operating system developed over 25 years.

These options arrive amid economic uncertainty in the industrial sector. According to the 'Investimentos na Indústria 2025-2026' study, while 72% of industrial companies made investments in 2025, only 36% executed them as planned. Economic uncertainty was cited by 63% of companies as a primary obstacle to investment. José Antônio Valente, director of Trans Obra, noted that defined investment structures provide greater security for entrepreneurs facing such market volatility.
