Transcorp Group executives recognized at BusinessDay Top 25 CEOs Awards

Transcorp Group and its subsidiary, Transcorp Power Plc, have been honored at the 2026 BusinessDay Top 25 CEOs Awards in Lagos. The recognition highlights the leadership performance and corporate governance of the conglomerate's executives.

Transcorp Group, which operates in the power, hospitality, and energy sectors, reported significant financial growth for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. The Group's revenue increased by 33% to ₦544 billion, with profit before tax rising 31% to ₦179.5 billion. Transcorp Power Plc also saw substantial gains, with revenue reaching ₦398.27 billion, a 30% year-on-year increase, despite challenges including gas supply constraints and foreign exchange volatility.
