transcosmos joins Mini Sapporo 2026 work experience program

transcosmos participated in Mini Sapporo 2026, a work experience program held at Access Sapporo on October 3 and 4, 2026. The event is designed for third- and fourth-grade elementary school students in Sapporo City and surrounding areas to learn about societal functions, including job searching, working, receiving wages, and paying taxes.

At the transcosmos booth, children practiced the role of contact center agents using ‘trans-AI Tutor’, a generative AI role-playing system. This allowed students to interact with various AI-powered customer personas to practice communication skills. Participants also received handmade gifts created by employees of transcosmos assist inc., a subsidiary dedicated to the employment of persons with disabilities.
