Transdev adds HR and Operations trainee positions across France

Transdev, the international passenger transport group, announced two recruitment programmes in France. It is hiring a Human Resources Correspondent on a permanent contract for its Transdev Occitanie Littoral division in Castelnau‑le‑Lez. The role includes full‑cycle personnel administration, payroll data management, occupational health and safety oversight, and recruitment support, with a salary of €33,800 per year.

Separately, Transdev is launching a Graduate Programme for Chargés d'Exploitation in partnership with the École Nationale des Travaux Publics de l'État (ENTPE). The alternating apprenticeship combines three days on the job with two days of school‑based training, preparing participants for future operational management positions within the company. The programme targets candidates with a BAC+2 background and offers exposure to team supervision, schedule planning, service quality monitoring, budgeting and stakeholder coordination.

Both initiatives aim to strengthen Transdev’s workforce and develop the next generation of transport professionals in the French market.
