Nottingham Forest Pursues Manchester City Midfielder Tijjani Reijnders

Dutch international Tijjani Reijnders, who joined Manchester City from AC Milan last summer for around €46 million, has become a prime target for Premier League side Nottingham Forest. Reports indicate Forest are prepared to offer between £55 million and €65 million to secure his transfer, a sum that would give City a sizable profit after his 47 appearances, seven goals and eight assists in his first season.

Manchester City manager Enzo Maresca has offered no guarantee that Reijnders will stay, acknowledging that the club must be ready for any outcome as the transfer window closes. Besides Forest, clubs such as Juventus (interested in a loan) and Galatasaray have also been linked to the midfielder, while Newcastle United previously showed interest. The potential move would reshape City’s midfield options and bolster Forest’s squad ahead of the new season.
