Transfermarkt updates show shifting market values for Valencia and Sevilla players
Recent market value updates from Transfermarkt show significant fluctuations for players at Valencia CF and Sevilla FC.
At Valencia CF, academy players David Otorbi and Aarón Mayol saw massive increases, with Mayol rising from 50,000 euros to 5 million euros and Otorbi climbing from 0.5 million to 3.5 million euros. New signings Ryunosuke Sato and Key Van Oevelen also doubled their values to 4 million euros. Conversely, several players saw decreases due to the team's poor start to the season, including Harvey Elliott, who dropped from 20 million to 18 million euros, and Hugo Duro, who fell from 12 million to 11 million euros.
Sevilla FC's total squad valuation rose from 148.8 million to 176.8 million euros, driven by summer signings and strong performances under Luis García Plaza. Miguel Sierra experienced the most notable growth, with his value surging over 2,200% from 300,000 euros to 7 million euros. Additionally, Lucien Agoumé's valuation reached 18 million euros.
