Transfermarkt website returns online after technical outage

The football database website Transfermarkt.de has returned online following a prolonged period of downtime. The outage, which lasted more than 24 hours and affected international branches as well as the women's football portal soccerdonna.de, was attributed to external technical influences.

The company, based in Hamburg, stated that the immediate cause of the disruption has been identified and countermeasures were implemented. While the site is accessible again, the company noted that some functions may remain limited and certain features, such as some photos, might not function as expected.

Transfermarkt reported that there are currently no indications that user data or the site's database have been compromised. A comprehensive analysis of the incident is ongoing to ensure long-term system stability.
