Transpetro announces 2026 recruitment with over 4,000 vacancies

Transpetro has initiated the recruitment process for its 2026 public examination, offering a total of 281 immediate vacancies and 3,890 opportunities for a reserve list. The selection process is organized by Fundação Cesgranrio and is divided into four main notices covering land-based roles (medium and higher education levels) and maritime roles (officers, sub-officers, and crew).

A preliminary drawing has been conducted to allocate reserved vacancies for ethnic-racial groups and persons with disabilities (PcD) in cases where automatic application of legal percentages was not possible. The reserved quotas include 25% for Black and Brown candidates, 3% for Indigenous people, 2% for Quilombolas, and 10% for persons with disabilities.

The official notices and registration periods are expected to begin in August, with objective exams tentatively scheduled for November.
