Transpetro opens recruitment for over 4,000 positions

Transpetro, a logistics subsidiary of Petrobras, has opened applications for a new public selection process. The recruitment drive offers 281 immediate vacancies and 3,890 positions for a reserve list, totaling over 4,100 opportunities. The selection is organized by Fundação Cesgranrio.

The vacancies are divided into four distinct notices covering maritime and land-based roles. Maritime positions include officers, sub-officers, and crew, with national coverage. Land-based roles are distributed across regional hubs in the North/Northeast, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, and the South, catering to medium, technical, and higher education levels.

Salaries range from approximately R$ 5,464 to R$ 15,034. The company offers benefits such as health insurance, complementary pension plans, and educational assistance. The selection process includes a gender parity mechanism in the second phase to increase female representation. Applications are open until September 14, with objective exams scheduled for November 29, 2026, in all Brazilian state capitals.
