Transportes El 22 to expand fleet and update routes in Trelew

Transportes El 22 is set to incorporate six new buses and modify service routes starting in late October. The new units are equipped with features including air conditioning, heating, automatic transmissions, free Wi-Fi, and access ramps for people with reduced mobility.

As part of a gradual fleet renewal process, the company will also modify routes for five lines to return to Plaza Independencia, with stops located on San Martín Street. In this initial stage, the modified route will apply to buses traveling from the terminal to neighborhoods, while return trips will continue via 9 de Julio Street.

Additionally, a combined ticket system will be introduced, allowing passengers to transfer between different lines at no extra cost if the second trip occurs within 60 minutes of the first. This benefit is currently exclusive to users paying with the SUBE card while technical adjustments are made for other payment methods.
