Transportes Santos acquires Transportes Líquidos Campaña

Transportes Santos, a subsidiary of the Pañalón group, has acquired the business unit and operations of Transportes Líquidos Campaña. The transaction, the financial details of which were not disclosed, will become effective on October 1, at which point Transportes Santos will assume full management and integrate the acquired staff into its commercial and operational structure.

Based in Constantí (Tarragona), Transportes Líquidos Campaña has operated for over 30 years, specializing in the chemical and specialty products sector near the Tarragona petrochemical hub. The acquisition includes a fleet of more than 60 vehicles equipped with modern tankers and a workforce of 70 specialized professionals.

According to Antonio Montero, CEO of Transportes Santos, the acquisition is part of a strategic effort to grow and consolidate the company's position within the chemical and specialty transport markets by increasing volume, presence, and fleet capacity.
