TRANSTU to begin school transport subscription sales on August 24

The Société des Transports de Tunis (TRANSTU) has announced that the first phase of sales for school and university transport subscriptions for the 2026-2027 academic year will begin on Monday, August 24, 2026.

Subscriptions for the metro, bus, and TGM lines will be available at 151 Tunisian Post offices. This includes 130 offices in the Grand Tunis area—distributed across Tunis (56), Ben Arous (35), Manouba (20), and Ariana (19)—as well as 21 offices in other governorates.

Additionally, five dedicated commercial agencies will be available in the Grand Tunis area at El Mourouj 4, Cité El Khadhra, Slimane Kehia, La Marsa Plage, and Khaïreddine. A specialized counter at the Tunis-Marine station will handle the exchange or replacement of lost or damaged cards.

Users can also purchase subscriptions online via the dedicated Tunisian Post portal. Service hours for physical agencies are Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00, and Saturday from 8:00 to 13:00.
