Trapani Prefecture issues anti-mafia bans for four local businesses

The Prefecture of Trapani has issued four anti-mafia preventive measures against local businesses to combat organized crime infiltration in the provincial economy.

The measures target various sectors: an agricultural company based in Mazara del Vallo, two earth-moving companies in Castelvetrano that were denied entry to the official white list, and a real estate firm in Marsala.

Coordinated by the Interforce Anti-Mafia Group, these actions aim to protect economic order, ensure fair competition, and safeguard workers' rights. This initiative follows an operational protocol signed on March 5, 2025, to strengthen collaboration between the Prefecture and judicial authorities in Palermo, Trapani, Marsala, and Sciacca.
