Trasacco prepares for Arrostiland 2027 site inspection

The town of Trasacco, located in the province of L’Aquila, is preparing for an official site inspection on October 10 as part of its candidacy to host Arrostiland 2027. The inspection serves as a critical selection phase where organizers will evaluate technical aspects, including access routes, parking, pedestrian paths, and service areas.

To showcase the town's identity, the community has organized a program titled “Trasacco: N’anne che ’nne giorn – Un anno in un giorno” (A year in a day). This initiative aims to condense the town's annual cycle of traditions, religious festivals, and seasonal celebrations into a single day. Local associations, committees, and volunteers will use various displays and culinary offerings to represent major milestones from January to December, such as Carnival, Easter, and Christmas.

The event involves close collaboration between the organizing committee, local businesses, and citizens to highlight the community's ability to preserve and share its heritage.
