TRASTOR Property Investments sells Glyfada commercial property for €3.075 million

TRASTOR Property Investments has completed the sale of a 207 square meter commercial property in Glyfada for €3,075,000. The sale price represents a 59.8% increase over the acquisition value and is 8.4% higher than the property's fair value as of June 30, 2026.

The property consists of a ground floor and a basement, located at the intersection of Grigoriou Lampraki 16 and Angelou Metaxa in a prominent commercial area. This marks the fourth sale completed by TRASTOR in 2026, with all transactions occurring at prices higher than their pre-sale valuations.

To date, total sales revenue has reached €24.7 million, exceeding the sum of the properties' respective fair values by approximately €3.2 million, or 14.9%. CEO Tasos Kazinos noted that the transaction highlights the discrepancy between private market real estate values and the valuations of listed companies in the sector.
