Travation apologizes after staff removes YouTubers' autographs

Travation, the management agency for popular railway YouTubers Saionji and ZAKI, issued a formal apology following the leak of a video showing a staff member disrespectfully removing autographs from a business in Osaka.

The video, which circulated on social media, shows a staff member removing various creators' signed boards from Takoyaki Sakaba Oya—a shop previously featured by the agency—while calling them “garbage” and stating they did not know who the owners were. Only the autographs of Saionji and ZAKI were left untouched.

Other creators, including Sakakyuu and Koma of Koma Tetsudo Channel, expressed their grievances regarding the incident. The shop also issued an apology, stating they felt responsible for the occurrence. Travation has described the incident as “extremely rude and malicious behavior” and has pledged to take strict disciplinary action against the staff members involved and those responsible for failing to prevent the act.
