Travel destinations: Muránska planina and Tapolca cave lake

Humorist Elena Vacvalová and journalist Marián Leško have shared their preferred travel destinations. Vacvalová highlighted the Muránska planina region in Slovakia, specifically recommending it for those seeking a quieter alternative to the High Tatras. She noted her fondness for the area around Muráňa, mentioning the unique endemic plants found on Fabova hoľa.

In Hungary, the town of Tapolca features a unique subterranean lake cave located near Lake Balaton. Discovered by accident in 1903 during well-digging, the cave system was opened to the public in 1912 and was Hungary's first tourist cave equipped with electric lighting. The cave system, formed by karst water dissolving limestone over millions of years, has an explored length of approximately 14.6 kilometers.
