Travel festivals and explorer meetings scheduled in Poland

Various travel-themed cultural events are scheduled to take place in Poland in October 2026.

In Raciborz, the Wiatraki program at the Raciborskie Centrum Kultury offers educational sessions for students. The schedule includes presentations by explorers such as Marcin Gienieczko, who will discuss expeditions through Alaska, the Arctic, and the Amazon, as well as Piotr Kowalczyk, Krzysztof Krygier, Michał Cessanis, Wojciech Grabowski, and Bartłomiej Malinowski. These sessions aim to teach geography, history, and mountain safety.

Additionally, the second edition of the ‘ŁOwca Przygód’ (Adventure Hunter) Travel Festival will be held from October 23–25, 2026, at the Dzierżoniowski Ośrodek Kultury in Dzierżoniów. The festival features approximately 25 speakers, including mountaineer Monika Witkowska and reporter Marzena Figiel-Strzała. The event includes workshops, an EXPO zone, and family attractions, with the open portion of the festival being free to the public.
