Travel + Leisure Co. and Wyndham expand Sports Illustrated Resorts partnership

Travel + Leisure Co. and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts have expanded their partnership to develop and scale hotels under the Sports Illustrated Resorts brand. This collaboration aims to bring the brand into the traditional hotel market, complementing existing vacation ownership and residential offerings.

The partnership utilizes Travel + Leisure Co.’s brand stewardship and mixed-use development expertise alongside Wyndham’s global distribution and commercial infrastructure. The model provides developers flexibility to create either hotel-only properties or larger mixed-use destinations.

Development projects are currently underway in Chicago, Baton Rouge, and Tuscaloosa, with scheduled openings planned between 2027 and 2028.
