Travel+Leisure and Toll Brothers Share Institutional Stake Shifts in Q1

Edgestream Partners L.P. increased its holding in Travel+Leisure Co. by 30.9%, bringing its stake to about 0.22% (roughly $9.3 million) after purchasing 31,897 shares in the first quarter. Other investors such as LSV Asset Management, Fideuram Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking, Universal Beteiligungs und Servicegesellschaft, M&T Bank Corp and the Louisiana State Employees Retirement System also adjusted positions in Travel+Leisure during the quarter. Insider sales were reported, with Geoffrey Richards and director George Herrera each selling shares.

In the homebuilding sector, Bank of Nova Scotia sharply reduced its stake in Toll Brothers Inc., selling 161,815 shares and cutting its holding to 5,332 shares valued at about $728,000, a 96.8% decline in the first quarter. Other investors, including Hilton Head Capital Partners and several private‑client groups, made modest purchases in Toll Brothers during the same period.
