Travelodge begins construction on first hotel in Cádiz

Travelodge has commenced construction on its first hotel in Cádiz, Spain. Located in the city's Free Trade Zone (Zona Franca), the project is a result of an agreement between Travelodge and Verbian Street Ibérica S. L.

The new facility will feature 103 rooms, including 85 double rooms, 14 family rooms, and four adapted rooms. Additional amenities will include a Bar Café and parking facilities. The hotel is designed to serve both the tourism sector and business travelers, aligning with the strategic development of the Zona Franca under the 2026-2030 Strategic Plan.

This expansion brings Travelodge's total number of assets in Spain to 13. The company continues to grow its Spanish portfolio through a combination of acquisitions, renovations, and new openings.
