Travis Barker's tattoo evolution over three decades

Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker has documented his life through tattoos for over 30 years. Having started his collection at age 15, the 48-year-old musician has covered approximately 70 percent of his body in ink.

Barker has described his tattoos as a way to document people, things, and specific times in his life, stating that he wants his body to allow people to “relive my life in some way” after he is gone. His early work includes logos such as the Bones Brigade skateboard logo and imagery from the punk band Dag Nasty.
