Treasure Agency holds subsidy seminar for welfare providers in Nagasaki

Treasure Agency Co., Ltd. held its third subsidy utilization seminar for nursing and disability welfare service providers at the Nagasaki Prefecture branch of the National Federation of Care Service Providers on July 29, 2026.

Led by CEO Kengo Shiraishi, the seminar focused on using government subsidies as a management tool to address industry challenges such as labor shortages and the need for improved working environments. The seminar series has reportedly resulted in total subsidy receipts exceeding 13 million yen for participating businesses.

Key topics included strategies for strengthening recruitment and employee retention, improving labor environments through equipment investment, and utilizing non-repayable funds to finance facility upgrades and better employee treatment.
