Trebinje hosts joint boxing camp for Serbian and Republika Srpska youth

The Boxing Association of Republika Srpska, in collaboration with the Ministry of Family, Youth and Sport of Republika Srpska and the Boxing Association of Serbia, organized the "Summer Sports School – Trebinje 2026." Held from August 3 to August 9, the camp brought together 30 promising cadets and juniors, along with 10 coaches, from both Serbia and Republika Srpska.

The primary objectives of the program were to enhance technical and tactical skills, facilitate the exchange of experiences between athletes and coaches, and support the development of young boxers who represent the future of the sport in both regions. Coaches Bojan Jovanović and Milivoje Šojić emphasized the importance of such joint training sessions for athletes at the beginning of their professional journeys, noting that the opportunity to train with peers from different associations allows them to encounter diverse methodologies and measure their progress.
