Trehan IRIS launches Rs 1,300 cr Omara luxury wellness project in Gurugram
Real estate developer Trehan IRIS announced a Rs 1,300 crore investment in the Omara luxury‑wellness residential project on a 5.08‑acre site in Sector 80, Gurugram. The scheme will deliver 300 apartments priced between Rs 7.5 crore and Rs 9 crore, with construction slated to begin next month and completion expected in four to five years. Executive Director Aman Trehan said the development includes a 1.25 lakh sq ft clubhouse and a 55,000 sq ft wellness club, which the company describes as India’s largest residential wellness facility.
The announcement comes as the National Capital Region prepares a new metro link between Gurugram and Indira Gandhi International Airport, a project analysts say will further boost residential demand. Gurugram already accounted for 73 % of Delhi‑NCR’s residential launches in the second quarter of 2026. Separately, M3M India committed ₹600 crore to a Grade‑A commercial centre on the Dwarka Expressway, expecting to generate ₹1,500 crore in revenue by 2029, underscoring the broader upscale development trend in the corridor.
