Trelew electric cooperative reports suspected transformer sabotage

The Cooperativa Eléctrica de Trelew has filed a formal complaint following two power outages in areas where such incidents are historically uncommon. Andrea Luna, president of the cooperative, stated that the outages, which occurred on a Friday night and a Sunday night, appear to be the result of intentional sabotage of transformers.

Authorities are currently investigating the circumstances and potential responsibilities behind these disruptions, which took place shortly after a new leadership team assumed control of the cooperative.
