Trenitalia announces recruitment for conductors and customer advisors

Trenitalia has opened recruitment processes for conductor and customer advisor roles across 12 Italian regions. The positions are aimed at high school graduates aged 18 to 29 and involve a 36-month professional apprenticeship program.

Selected candidates will receive training and an initial gross annual salary exceeding 32,000 euros. The recruitment covers various territorial areas, including Piedmont, Lombardy, Liguria, Valle d’Aosta, Trentino-Alto Adige, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Veneto, Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany, Abruzzo, Marche, Umbria, and Lazio.

Requirements vary by region: in Lazio, residency is mandatory, while in other areas, it may be a preferential factor. Applicants must hold a five-year high school diploma in specific fields, such as classical, scientific, linguistic, or technical and professional tracks. Applications must be submitted through the official Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane career portal by November 4, 2026.
