Trenque Lauquen finalizes land sale agreements for housing program

The Municipality of Trenque Lauquen has finalized the signing of purchase and sale agreements for the “Mi Lote” municipal program. This phase involves substitute beneficiaries for land located in Trenque Lauquen and 30 de Agosto, filling vacancies left by original holders.

Mayor Francisco Recoulat led the signing ceremonies, which followed a legal review process to ensure all requirements were met. The “Mi Lote” program is a significant local initiative providing 90 municipal lots with services at below-market prices, intended specifically for the construction of permanent family residences.
