Tres Arroyos Mayor demands more police resources

The Mayor of Tres Arroyos, Pablo Garate, has criticized the Provincial Ministry of Security following a series of crimes in the district over a recent weekend. Garate requested increased logistical support and personnel, specifically asking for the return of local young officers who are currently serving in high-risk areas of the Greater Buenos Aires metropolitan area.

During a session with the City Council, the Secretary of Security addressed the situation, noting that patrol cars are currently limited to six liters of fuel per day. Additionally, Internal Affairs has conducted reviews regarding the use of fuel and documentation within the local police force.
