TreVeyon Henderson addresses viral post on Massachusetts custody case

New England Patriots running back TreVeyon Henderson has addressed a viral social media post regarding a Massachusetts custody dispute involving a teenage girl and her parents, Joseph and Arlene Kutzko.

In his post, which garnered millions of views, Henderson shared a news clip and a Bible verse, arguing that the state is stripping parents of their God-given right to lead their children. The Kutzkos allege that the Department of Children and Families removed their daughter because they opposed her desire to transition genders. They also accused their child's high school of secretly facilitating the transition.

When questioned about court documents indicating the child was removed following allegations of physical abuse by the father, Henderson characterized the claims as mere accusations. He stated he was still researching the matter and noted that the charges against Joseph Kutzko had not resulted in a criminal finding, with reports suggesting charges may be dropped in December provided certain conditions are met.
