Despite the injury, there are signs of optimism regarding his availability. Henderson participated as a limited player in practice throughout the week and appeared to be moving well on the field. Head coach Mike Vrabel noted that the team will evaluate Henderson’s response on game morning before making a final decision.

Further indicating Henderson may play, the Patriots opted not to elevate any running backs from the practice squad and released running back Hassan Haskins. This leaves the active roster with only Henderson, Rhamondre Stevenson, and Corey Kiner at the position.
