Valtur Brindisi holds preseason scrimmage against Ruvo di Puglia

Valtur Brindisi held a preseason scrimmage against Ruvo di Puglia at the Vito Gentile Sports Hall in Ostuni. The match was played with scores reset at the end of each quarter to facilitate testing.

The final quarter scores were 18-22, 21-12, 17-23, and 24-16. Valtur Brindisi's lineup featured Cinciarini, Ellis, Fantoma, Errico, and Del Cadia in the opening quintet. Notable absences included JaCorey Williams, who is expected to join the team following the conclusion of the Puerto Rican championship and visa processing, as well as Gabriele Miani and Ethan Esposito, who were rested for precautionary reasons.

Brindisi is preparing for the Valtur Cup, scheduled for August 30 against Avellino.
