TREVOC Group plans ₹1,000 crore expansion in Haryana
TREVOC Group, a Gurugram-based real estate developer, is planning an investment of ₹800–1,000 crore over the next three years to expand its footprint in Haryana. The company is currently evaluating Sonipat and Panipat for the development of integrated townships that could span 80–100 acres.
These proposed projects aim to achieve a gross development value (GDV) of ₹3,000–3,500 crore. The developments are expected to include a mix of residential plots, villas, and approximately five lakh square feet of commercial space. The company intends to design these areas as complete neighborhoods, potentially partnering with schools and hospitals to support long-term demand.
The expansion strategy is driven by improving regional connectivity and economic activity, specifically citing infrastructure such as the Urban Extension Road-II (UER-II) and the Kundli–Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway. TREVOC is targeting early 2027 for the launch of the first phase of this expansion.
