Hamilton Tiger-Cats rally past Saskatchewan Roughriders 26-19

The Hamilton Tiger-Cats snapped a three-game losing streak with a 26-19 comeback victory over the Saskatchewan Roughriders at Hamilton Stadium. The win improves Hamilton to 4-6, while the loss drops Saskatchewan to 6-3, costing them sole possession of first place in the West Division.

Tre Ford provided the decisive spark after entering the game in the third quarter to replace starter Harrison Frost, who suffered an upper-body injury. Ford completed 13 of 17 passes for 151 yards and a touchdown, while also rushing for 38 yards. His 41-yard touchdown pass to Keric Wheatfall in the fourth quarter helped erase a nine-point deficit.

Saskatchewan's Trevor Harris finished with 207 passing yards, one touchdown, and two interceptions. Despite the loss, Harris moved ahead of Tracy Ham on the CFL’s all-time passing yardage leaderboard. The Roughriders' performance was also impacted by several injuries to key players, including A. J. Ouellette and Kian Schaffer-Baker.
