Trey Feeney ties school record in Saint John's 62-6 win over Macalester

Saint John's University quarterback Trey Feeney tied a school record for touchdown passes during a 62-6 victory over Macalester College. The undefeated, No. 3 ranked Johnnies accumulated 581 total yards of offense to improve their season record to 5-0.

Feeney completed 27 of 42 passes for 483 yards. The offensive production was distributed among several players, with seniors Thomas Jacobs and Sam Nolan each recording three touchdown receptions. Jacobs finished the game with 169 receiving yards on 10 catches.

Despite the dominant score, Feeney noted a slow start to the game, citing early turnovers and a lack of sharpness before the team found its rhythm.
