Trey Reed family says civil‑rights lawyer Ben Crump failed to deliver autopsy results

Attorney Ben Crump, who initially took up the case and helped secure an independent autopsy with the assistance of Colin Kaepernick’s Know Your Rights organization, has not responded to the family for several months and, according to the family, never provided the autopsy findings. Reed’s mother, Sophia Reed, said she has repeatedly called Crump without success, and the family expressed frustration over the lack of communication and answers.
