TÜRGEV launches AI CRAFT program for youth AI training
TÜRGEV has launched the AI CRAFT training program, an initiative designed to equip young people with artificial intelligence skills for use in culture, art, design, and digital content production. The program officially commenced on September 17.
The educational model follows a three-stage structure: online theoretical instruction, live mentoring, and face-to-face studio workshops. Following the initial phases, 100 selected participants will engage in approximately 20 days of intensive studio work to transform their ideas into concrete digital projects.
The comprehensive curriculum is organized into 8 phases, 41 modules, and 187 topics. It covers a wide range of subjects, including prompt design, digital visual production, cinematography, sound and music production, storytelling, video editing, ethics, copyright, and entrepreneurship. Each of the four training groups will complete 156 total hours of instruction, consisting of 84 hours online and 72 hours in person.
The project is a collaborative effort involving Istanbul Bilgi University, the Education and Youth Research Association (EGADER), and the Istanbul Provincial Directorate of National Education, with support from the Istanbul Development Agency (ISTKA).
