Târgoviștea to host Zilele Cetății festival in September 2026

Târgoviștea is set to host the Zilele Cetății (Citadel Days) festival from September 4 to 8, 2026. The event features a diverse program including concerts, traditional fairs, and cultural activities.

Scheduled highlights include the 25th edition of the Ion Heliade Rădulescu Editorial Salon, an antiquarian market, and an exhibition of architectural projects. Cultural offerings at Chindiei Park will feature a folk craftsmen's fair and medieval workshops. Musical performances include the Viventis Quartet and various artists such as DJ Project and Misha Miller, alongside a multimedia drone show and projection on the tower.
