Târgu Mureș centralizes construction permits as new tourism project proposed in Saturn

Târgu Mureș City Hall has established four new commissions to streamline urban planning and construction permit processes within the Târgu Mureș Metropolitan Area. Following the implementation of Law no. 169/2026, the municipality will centralize the approval process for the 18 member towns. The new commissions include an integrated approval commission for urban planning, a single agreement commission for construction permits, a technical urbanism commission, and a negotiation commission for urban restructuring.

In the Saturn resort area of Mangalia, Adebebe Division SRL has submitted a project to the Constanța County Environmental Directorate. The proposal involves demolishing four existing structures on Greenport Street to build a mixed-use building featuring commercial spaces on the ground floor and tourist accommodation on the first floor. The company's administrator, Marius Dumitru Burduf, was previously a whistleblower in a corruption case involving the former director of Goldterm Mangalia.
