Tri Binh interchange to open in October

The Tri Binh interchange, located in Binh Son commune, Quang Ngai, is expected to open in October. This infrastructure project connects the Dung Quat Economic Zone with the Da Nang - Quang Ngai Expressway.

Construction is currently in its final stages, with workers focusing on asphalt paving, lane marking, and cleaning the site. Key components such as automatic toll stations, lighting systems, and electrical infrastructure have been largely completed.

Le Anh Tuan, Director of the Da Nang - Quang Ngai Expressway Project Management Board, noted that recent rain has hindered progress, prompting crews to accelerate work during sunny periods. Following the completion of remaining tasks and inspections by traffic police and road management authorities, the interchange will be officially put into operation. Authorities are also monitoring potential land subsidence risks at certain locations.
