Tri-County Humane Society promotes pet adoption and upcoming fundraiser

The Tri-County Humane Society is featuring Ziggy, an active pet seeking adoption. Ziggy enjoys riding in cars or golf carts and playing outdoors, though the society notes he may require a meet-and-greet with resident dogs and is not recommended for households with cats due to his tendency to chase them.

Additionally, the organization is preparing for its annual Companion Walk fundraiser, known as Woofstock, scheduled for September 26th at Wilson Park in St. Cloud. The event, which runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., will include live music by Merritt Bussiere, a silent auction, vendors, and a pet-friendly walk. Following a net profit of $50,000 last year, the society aims to exceed that amount through this fundraiser.
