Triathle Bursa Provincial Championship held in Osmangazi

The Modern Pentathlon Triathle Bursa Provincial Championship was held at Sukaypark, organized through a collaboration between Osmangazi Municipality, Osmangazi Belediyespor, and the Osmangazi District Directorate of Youth and Sports.

Athletes competed across various age categories, including U9 through U19, as well as Youth, Open Age, and Masters. The competition required participants to demonstrate speed, shooting, and swimming skills. The course consisted of a 25-meter run followed by laser pistol shooting, a 300 or 600-meter run, swimming distances of 50, 100, or 200 meters depending on age, and a final running stage.

Fatih Karayılan, President of Osmangazi Belediyespor, presented medals to the top four finishers in each category. Karayılan noted that the club operates in 22 different branches and currently has 5,200 licensed athletes, aiming to make the district a center for sports with continuous year-round programming.
