Triathlon competitions held in Ypres and Wommels

A series of triathlon events took place in Belgium and the Netherlands. In Ypres, Belgium, the fifth edition of the Eskimoo In Flanders Fields Triathlon saw over 400 participants compete in a quarter-triathlon. Lennert Cappan secured his second seasonal victory, while Marthe Roelans claimed the win for the women's category.

In Wommels, the Netherlands, the fourteenth edition of the Triathlon Wommels hosted over 200 participants. Despite challenging wind conditions, athletes competed in various distances. In the one-eighth distance, Theresia Offringa won the women's race and Jetze Reijenga won the men's. In the quarter-triathlon category, Trudy Veenstra took first place for the women, while Stefan de Jong won the men's race.
