Tribunal de Contas do Amazonas advances residency selection and education monitoring

The Court of Accounts of Amazonas (TCE-AM) has released the preliminary results for the discursive exams of its second public selection process for the Legal and Accounting Residency Program (PRJeC). The program offers 30 vacancies—20 for legal residency and 10 for accounting—with a monthly remuneration of R$ 3,000 and a 25-hour weekly workload. Candidates may file appeals against the results between September 9 and September 10, with the final results expected by September 30.

Additionally, the TCE-AM is advancing the 'TCE Pela Educação' program, which currently involves 59 municipalities. Following the III Technical Journey, the initiative is transitioning from a diagnostic phase to an intervention phase focused on monitoring the execution of educational plans in municipal school networks. According to program coordinator Luis Fabian Barbosa, 93% of the 3,593 eligible schools are already developing or executing action plans. The program aims to transform diagnostic data into systematic actions to improve learning outcomes and resource management in education.
