Tribunal Superior de Justicia of La Rioja raises judicial fees by 33.5%

The Tribunal Superior de Justicia of La Rioja approved a 33.5% increase in fixed judicial service fees, applying the inflation index published by INDEC for June 2025‑June 2026. The adjustment, signed by President Dr. Claudio Nicolás Saúl and judges Luis Alberto Nicolás Brizuela, Gabriela I. Asís and Ana Karina Becerra, sets new rates such as 2,700 pesos for edicts, 15,500 pesos for auctioneer registration, 30,600 pesos for trustee registration, 12,700 pesos for minimum succession fees, 17,500 pesos for divorce cases and similar amounts for appeals.

The same bulletin announced that the National Directorate of Roads extended the tender for a 71.9‑billion‑peso highway project covering sections of National Routes 38 and 79, with a new offer deadline of 23 September 2026. The extension includes a 72‑month construction schedule and a guarantee of 719 million pesos.
