Triglav: Hiker dies after slipping on Tominšek route

A fatal mountain accident occurred on the Tominšek route leading to Triglav. A hiker slipped from the path and sustained severe injuries that resulted in death at the scene.

Mountain rescue teams from Mojstrana and other emergency units responded to the incident, which was reported around 10:25 AM. Rescuers also assisted other hikers in the area who were not injured.
