Trinh Tuong strengthens food safety controls for school meals

Trinh Tuong commune is intensifying food safety controls for boarding school meals to protect over 3,100 students. Local authorities are implementing strict oversight throughout the entire supply chain, from selecting legal suppliers and conducting on-site business inspections to monitoring the daily receipt of ingredients and the preparation of meals.

To prevent the use of food from unknown origins, schools are coordinating with local cultural departments and communal authorities to survey vendors. The process includes tripartite inspections involving school representatives, kitchen staff, and parents to witness the daily delivery of food supplies.
